Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Supervisor to lead one of our high-volume dispensaries. You’ll manage daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and service.

You’ll oversee METRC and POS workflows, conduct regular cycle counts, support the General Manager, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize store performance in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or inventory management; cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to manage people, process, and compliance simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of METRC, inventory control processes, and compliance protocols in a regulated industry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems (COVA preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management software.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain and maintain a Colorado MED badge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and shift delegation.
• Oversee METRC and POS coordination to ensure accuracy.
• Manage the full inventory lifecycle and cycle counts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Colorado MED standards.
• Develop and coach Inventory Associates; act as MOD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements.
