Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Senior Supervisor for our Green Dragon location in Aspen, CO. You will lead daily store operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and enforce strict regulatory compliance in a high-volume cannabis environment.

The role emphasizes back‑of‑house leadership, METRC and POS coordination, secure cash handling, and cross-functional collaboration with store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or inventory management; cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of METRC, inventory control processes, and compliance protocols in a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems (COVA preferred) and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions, including shift delegation and opening/closing duties.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and OSHA-compliant operations across store areas.
• Manage cash handling procedures, register troubleshooting, and maintain store tech.
• Drive eCommerce fulfillment and support same-day in-store and curbside orders.
• Coordinate with Facilities and IT for swift issue resolution.
