Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks a Supervisor for a high-volume Pueblo dispensary. You will oversee daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance across METRC, POS, and store procedures while supporting the General Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of METRC, inventory control, and regulatory protocols.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems (COVA preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions, including shift delegation and opening/closing duties.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and METRC/POS synchronization.
• Lead weekly cycle counts and monthly audits.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado MED regulations and SOPs.
• Coach Inventory Associates and act as MOD when needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership on process improvements.
