• Must pass background checks and have valid ID.
• 21 years or older.
• Knowledge of cannabis laws a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
• Lead team to execute programmes and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and payments; oversee team execution.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help team members meet performance expectations.
