Job summary

The Leader in Training (LIT) role at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) places you on the dispensary leadership team, rotating through critical functions to support operations, experience, and people. You’ll gain subject matter expertise on the path to Assistant General Manager and help optimize the customer journey.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to the team, and drive memorable in-store and omni-channel experiences while growing leadership capability within GTI.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must meet flexible scheduling (mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Understand Green Thumb rules, regulations, and industry laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate items to management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve programs and promotions.
• Manage cash handling and payment processing, with oversight of staff.
