Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team. The role focuses on supervising daily operations, guiding the customer journey, and rotating through key functions to build subject matter expertise.

You will work with the General Manager and Assistant GM to develop a high-performing team, oversee scheduling, training, and onboarding, and help drive in-store and omni-channel experiences while maintaining compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience is preferred.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordination with management on inventory actions.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead in-store programs and regional promotions with team.
• Manage cash handling, payments, discounts, and cash controls.
