The Garden Dispensary in Ohio seeks a Dispensary Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and ensure full compliance with DCC regulations. You will coach staff, drive sales performance, and maintain inventory accuracy while fostering accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

As Manager on Duty, you will balance guest satisfaction, leadership, and business performance in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on compliance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of retail leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Budtenders and daily shifts; coach, develop, and motivate staff.
• Conduct daily team huddles focused on sales, compliance, and service.
• Deliver real-time coaching using observation and feedback.
• Open/close the dispensary following SOPs and supervise cash handling.
• Maintain merchandising standards and compliant promotional displays.
• Coordinate with inventory on cycle counts and discrepancies.
