Job summary

The Garden Dispensary in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor to lead daily store operations, serve as Manager on Duty, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding Ohio DCC requirements.

You will coach Budtenders, drive sales, and ensure inventory accuracy, cash controls, and training compliance. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of retail leadership experience with teams of 20+
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast-paced retail environment
• Must meet Ohio DCC employment, background, fingerprinting, licensing, and training requirements
• Cannabis dispensary leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts and provide visible, hands-on leadership throughout the dispensary
• Coach, develop, and motivate Budtenders with real-time feedback and follow-up
• Oversee onboarding and training of new employees and ensure training completion
• Ensure compliant guest service, sales performance, and promotions implementation
• Monitor operations, inventory, cash handling, and daily reports for accuracy
• Maintain compliance with Ohio DCC regulations, Metrc, and SOPs
