Job summary

FRX Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Associate Lead to help manage daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist with staff scheduling and act as supervisor in the GM/AGM's absence, guiding team activities and maintaining compliance.

The role supports sales goals, ensures accurate transactions, and upholds quality standards across all dispensary operations, including onboarding and coaching of staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Comfort handling cash and transactions.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dispensary Associates and assist with scheduling in GM/AGM absence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate on products.
• Process orders using scanners and systems; ensure accurate postings.
• Manage inventory and secure cash; assist with counts and counts auditing.
• Open/close the dispensary and enforce compliance and safety procedures.
• Support sales/marketing objectives and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
