Qualificações

• 2–5 years in a leadership role in retail, hospitality, service or cannabis.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cash and inventory management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead staff training and recruitment, develop team, and manage payroll/scheduling.
• Drive revenue, set sales goals, and communicate expectations to staff.
• Oversee inventory, POS processes, and daily reconciliation to prevent loss.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Enhance customer experience and maintain store appearance and merchandising.
• Collaborate with regional partners and lead cross-functional initiatives.
