Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will oversee customer journeys, inventory operations, safety and compliance, and team member development.

You will coach and develop Leaders and Team Members, ensuring LOD presence and a seamless omni-channel experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery. The role demands strong leadership and compliance with cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older and comply with all regulations.

• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations with regulatory compliance.

• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling and daily reconciliation processes.
