Ayr Wellness is hiring a Dispensary Technician who provides exceptional patient service, explains product benefits, and processes orders with precision. The role requires attending to records, staying compliant, and helping maintain a welcoming, clean dispensary environment for patients and caregivers.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail or customer service, basic math and cash handling skills, and the ability to pass background checks. High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-focused service with knowledge of cannabis products.
• Answer patient questions and resolve concerns promptly, escalating to management as needed.
• Process patient intake and ensure accurate, confidential records are maintained.
• Fulfill patient orders using POS and inventory systems per policy.
• Keep the dispensary organized, stocked, clean, and compliant with procedures.
• Assist in inventory counts and curb the risk of diversion of products.
• Maintain professionalism and create a positive, inclusive store environment.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
