Qualifications

• Must maintain current policies and regulations of state cannabis agency.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers by explaining benefits of Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions promptly and coordinate with management.
• Receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and customer-ready dispensary environment.
• Meet daily sales targets and contribute to customer experience initiatives.
• Help ensure procedures comply with regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive, respectful team environment.
• Support management with daily operations.
• Ensure store areas, including restrooms, are safe and presentable.
