Qualifications

• Must possess basic math, computer, and cash handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate and problem solve in a professional manner.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass all background checks
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and team members.
• Experience with cash handling and POS/inventory control systems.
• Prior experience working in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, personalized patient service about premium cannabis products.
• Resolve patient questions quickly and coordinate with management when needed.
• Oversee patient intake and maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Process and fulfill patient orders using POS and inventory systems in line with policies.
• Keep dispensary stocked, clean, and patient-first; adapt to shifts and volume.
• Follow compliance to prevent diversion of cannabis to unauthorized persons.
• Open and close the dispensary per procedures.
• Foster positive work environment and assist patients with disabilities navigating dispensary.
