Greet customers, verify IDs, process orders, upsell, and keep the sales floor stocked. Stay current on product knowledge, assist with online orders, maintain compliance, and support store performance with a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• 21+ years old and able to obtain state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets using effective upselling techniques.
• Assist customers with questions on forms and update information in the system.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Fill online orders quickly and accurately.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on cannabis trends.
• Accurately use the POS system and manage cash handling per policy.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits; support management to increase sales.
