Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs.
• Effective multi-tasker with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations (preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check and be 21+ years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and drive sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals as defined by store leadership.
• Greet customers, verify IDs, and assist with state-required forms.
• Update customer information in the system as needed.
• Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and waiting area.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Fill online orders quickly with a focus on customer experience.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on trends.
• Use POS system accurately and manage cash handling per policy.
• Participate in product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Ensure compliance with dispensary policies and regulations.
