C3 Industries is hiring a Sales Associate at the High Profile Cannabis Shop in Stratford, CT. You will help customers find products, recommend items, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Greet customers, verify IDs, process transactions with POS, and stay informed on cannabis products and local regulations. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some holidays and will involve inventory and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required state licenses based on work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide top customer service and drive sales.
• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Assist with questions on forms; update customer data.
• Ensure waiting area and floor stock are maintained.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and genetics.
• Fill online orders quickly and accurately.
• Handle complaints professionally; escalate when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and POS accuracy.
• Assist with inventory and audits on a regular basis.
• Support management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Follow dispensary policies and ensure compliance.
