C3 Industries is seeking a Dispensary Shift Lead for our High Profile Cannabis Shop network. You will guide store operations, drive sales, verify IDs, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or retail.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and improve conversion rates.
• Assist customers with state forms and update POS data.
• Maintain orderly sales floor and manage stocking during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects.
• Process online orders quickly and accurately.
• Model strong sales and customer service behaviors.
• Handle complaints professionally with management support.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay compliant with regulations.
• Operate POS and manage daily cash handling.
• Open/close the store and assist with inventory and product intake.
• Actively participate in meetings and training for staff development.
• Ensure compliance with state/local regulations, security, and schedules.
• Enforce company policies when leadership is absent.
• Support training of new employees on duties and systems.
