C3 Industries in Stratford, CT is seeking a Sales Associate for our High Profile Cannabis Shop. You will deliver world-class customer service, help customers select products, and drive sales in a fast-paced dispensary.

You will greet customers, verify IDs, assist with forms, and ensure the floor stays stocked while staying compliant with state regulations. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Able to meet KPI targets and sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and focus on the shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
• Greet customers and verify ID upon entry.
• Assist customers with questions on forms and update records in the system.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and genetics.
• Fill online orders quickly while maintaining customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current cannabis trends.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and complete daily reports.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Collaborate with management to boost sales and foot traffic.
