Job summary

Glass America is seeking a Dispatcher in West Valley City, UT to lead technician scheduling, order parts, maintain inventory and ensure timely repairs. This on-site role supports A/P and admin processes while coordinating ETA communication with customers and vendors.

You will supervise technician production, drive daily goals, and handle back orders, parts returns and invoicing paperwork to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate technician staff to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Coordinate scheduling of customer vehicles repairs to company standards.
• Source, order, receive and deliver parts to technicians accurately and timely.
• Maintain inventory and process returns; document actions in the system.
• Notify customers of statuses and coordinate rescheduling as needed.
