Job summary

Glass America in Garland, TX is seeking a Dispatcher to lead and coordinate technician scheduling, ensuring timely vehicle repairs to our standards. You will oversee parts sourcing, ordering, receiving, and delivery to technicians, maintain inventory, and keep back orders and returns up to date.

The role requires at least 1 year of dispatcher experience in a mobile glass environment and a high school degree. Strong communication, attention to detail, and timely follow-up are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience as a dispatcher in a mobile glass environment.
• Strong communication and coordination with technicians and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technician scheduling to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
• Source, order, receive and deliver parts to technicians; maintain inventory.
• Track back orders, returns, and credits; communicate with customers and teams.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to technician production staff.
• Monitor performance and motivate staff to meet goals.
• Notify billing and CSRs of job status and scheduling changes.
