Job summary

Glass America in Dallas, TX is seeking a Dispatcher to lead technician scheduling and parts coordination. You will ensure timely vehicle repairs, source and deliver parts, and manage inventory to support rapid service.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Degree and at least 1 year of dispatcher experience in a mobile glass environment, with strong communication and follow-up skills to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Educate, train and maintain compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians and parts.

• Communicate with technicians and vendors to ensure timely repairs.
• Notify customers of status and reschedule as needed.
