Access 2 Interpreters, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher/Scheduler to support interpreters who assist in Hospitals, Courts, Schools, and Social Service Agencies. The role focuses on managing high call volumes, scheduling multilingual interpreters, and ensuring quality control.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with dispatch or customer service experience, strong typing (35 WPM) and Excel skills, and a willingness to work onsite. This 9am–5pm position offers $22.00/hr and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and customer service/dispatch experience.
• Types at least 35 WPM and possesses intermediate computer skills (TEST MAY BE ADMINISTERED)
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel (TEST MAY BE ADMINISTERED)
• Is willing to work from the office

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of phone calls
• Schedule multilingual interpreters for assignments
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control
• Collect, enter, and analyze data
• Submit reports
• Monitor and review progress and accuracy
• Complete a background check and pass a drug screen
