• Handles customer service and sales inquiries regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Communicates service delays to customers and updates care teams.
• Maintains route schedules and driver location records.
• Reports performance issues to management.
• Participates in training to expand knowledge of company products and services.
• Supports on-call or after-hours coverage as needed.
