River City Environmental is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our Field Operations team in Portland, OR. You will coordinate people, trucks, and equipment to deliver exceptional service and resolve scheduling conflicts in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of dispatch experience, strong communication, and a high school diploma (some college preferred). We offer weekly pay and comprehensive benefits with growth opportunities in a long-standing company.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of dispatch experience is essential.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and route field crews and vehicles efficiently.
• Review, create, and edit work orders.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to schedule services and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure crews have proper training, certifications, and equipment.
• Monitor job progress, crew hours, and resource availability.
• Adjust schedules quickly when priorities shift.
• Complete and submit required paperwork and reports daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
