Job summary

In this role you will communicate with customers, track progress, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources for emergencies, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with dispatching software (ServiceTitan is a plus)
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Strategically schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects
• Prioritize incoming requests based on urgency, location, and technician availability
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and deliver top-tier service
• Work closely with internal teams to allocate resources for emergency or high-priority calls
• Track technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of service calls, technician activity, and workflow changes
