Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior dispatch experience preferred.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish/English highly valued.
• Strong computer skills including typing and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and control drivers to meet daily volume requirements.
• Maintain professional, respectful voice on calls and radio.
• Stay calm and decisive in high stress, fast-paced environments.
• Solve problems promptly and foster customer/driver relations.
• Know delivery areas and assist drivers with locating job sites.
• Estimate travel times to jobs and select optimal plant locations.
• Enter orders accurately per delivery specifications.
• Verify delivery details and product information on orders.
• Handle high call volumes while multitasking with plants, drivers, and staff.
• Manage driver timekeeping and time-off records, and review timecards daily.
