As a Dispatcher/CSR with Quality Transport Services, your work isn’t just logistics — it’s a lifeline. QTS provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) for individuals who are unable to travel independently: people with disabilities, the elderly, those in the final stages of life, and individuals recuperating from hospital stays. Our team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays, ensuring every client gets where they need to go safely and with dignity.
You’ll serve a dual function: keeping our drivers on track and our clients confident that we’ve got them covered. No two shifts are exactly alike — you’ll juggle phone calls, routing decisions, and real-time problem solving, all while keeping a calm, professional approach with our clients and passengers. You will work extensively in MediRoutes, our routing software (we’ll train you), and must be comfortable with email and basic computer tasks.
