Job summary

Divine Electric & Plumbing is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate service calls for our technicians in California. You will schedule appointments, assign technicians by location and expertise, and provide updates to customers and staff.

You will maintain records, track progress, and optimize routes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, proficiency with dispatch software (ServiceTitan preferred), and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working in scheduling and dispatch; ability to coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed 35+ WPM often required.
• Excellent phone etiquette and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
