AAA Service Network is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, serving customers since 1976. We are seeking a full-time Dispatcher to coordinate and manage service calls for technicians, schedule appointments, and assign staff based on location and expertise.

You will communicate updates to customers and track job progress to ensure timely service. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in dispatch or customer service, familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Trades or service industry experience a plus.
• ServiceTitan or similar dispatch/CRM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Additionally, you'll maintain records of service calls, track job progress, and optimize routes to enhance efficiency.
