Job summary

Any Hour Services seeks a proactive Dispatcher to coordinate technicians and customers, ensuring every job runs smoothly. You will schedule technicians based on availability and skill, track statuses, and update customers on timelines with clear directions for field staff.

In a fast-paced, office-based environment, you’ll adapt schedules for emergencies and maintain accurate records of jobs and feedback. A strong communicator with attention to detail will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Trades or service industry experience a plus.
• ServiceTitan or similar dispatch/CRM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for appointments based on availability, skillset, and location.
• Track call volume and technician status to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Adjust schedules quickly for emergencies, cancellations, or reschedules.
• Keep customers updated on appointment times and any delays.
• Give technicians the job details and directions needed before each call.
• Serve as the main point of contact for technicians throughout the day.
• Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, reschedules, and customer feedback.
