Job summary

AppleOne is seeking an Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) Dispatcher to coordinate fleet vehicles and contracted providers ensuring timely roadside assistance. You will monitor incidents, assign resources, and communicate with members to provide accurate ETAs.

The role requires clear, customer-focused communication and sound judgement in a fast-paced setting. Shifts cover mornings, evenings, weekends, with overtime as needed, within a supportive team environment.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) Dispatcher to coordinate fleet vehicles and contracted providers.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will ensure members receive prompt roadside assistance by using sound judgement and strong communication skills.

The Shift Schedule

• 1st Shift:7am-3pm
• Mid-shift:11am-7pm
• Late Shifts:12pm-8pm or 3pm-11pm

Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and over-time
