Job summary

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate home services repair, installation and maintenance. You will schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations, monitor daily routes, and ensure timely communication with customers for next-day appointments.

Qualified candidates have dispatching experience in service industries, familiarity with Service Titan software, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Dispatching for home services experience.
• Service Titan software experience preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
• Maintain accurate technician database.
• Coordinate parts scheduling.
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions.
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties.

Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair.
