Job summary

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate home services repair, installation and maintenance with a dynamic team focused on outstanding customer service.

You will schedule and dispatch technicians, confirm next-day appointments, manage work orders, maintain technician records, and coordinate parts and warranty installations using Outlook and Service Titan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Dispatching for home services experience.
• Service Titan Software experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
• Maintain accurate technician database.
• Coordinate parts scheduling.
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions.
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers.
