Job summary

Parker & Sons in Phoenix, AZ seeks an HVAC Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch home services repair, installation, and maintenance technicians to customer locations. You will manage daily technician schedules, coordinate parts, and communicate with customers and field staff to ensure timely service.

The role requires at least 2 years dispatching experience in HVAC or related trades, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of dispatching experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedules.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians based on priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Coordinate parts scheduling and warranty installations with divisions.
• Maintain accurate technician database.

Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair.

Schedule

Friday - Monday, 700AM - 600PM.

Must have a Minimum 1 years of dispatching experience in HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, or a related trades industry, Candidates with no trades dispatch experience will not be considered.

What Will I Do?

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians
• Maintain accurate technician database
• Coordinate parts scheduling
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions.
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers

Do I have What it Takes?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience, in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
