Job summary

Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate technicians and customers, ensuring smooth job execution. You will manage schedules, provide clear job details, and be the primary liaison for field staff throughout the day.

This on-site role offers paid training, weekly pay with incentives, and benefits. Prior dispatch or service-industry experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Trades or service industry experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for appointments based on availability, skillset, and location.
• Track call volume and technician status to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Adjust schedules quickly for emergencies, cancellations, or reschedules.
• Keep customers updated on appointment times and any delays.
• Give technicians the job details and directions they need before each call.
• Serve as the main point of contact for technicians throughout the day.
• Keep accurate records of completed jobs, reschedules, and customer feedback.
