Job summary

Advanced Home Services is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to coordinate technicians and customers, ensuring every job runs smoothly. You will manage schedules, communicate with customers, and provide technicians with all job details and directions.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in dispatch or related roles, strong communication, and proficiency with dispatch/CRM software. Office-based role with potential for flexible hours and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year of dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Trades or service industry experience a plus.
• ServiceTitan or similar dispatch/CRM software experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for appointments based on availability, skillset, and location.
• Track call volume and technician status to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Adjust schedules quickly for emergencies, cancellations, or reschedules.
• Keep customers updated on appointment times and any delays.
• Give technicians the job details and directions they need before each call.
• Serve as the main point of contact for technicians throughout the day.
• Keep accurate records of completed jobs, reschedules, and customer feedback.
