Job summary

F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, A/C, and Electrical Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher in the United States to coordinate schedules, prioritize calls, and ensure field technicians are where they need to be to deliver exceptional service.

In this role you will communicate with customers, track progress, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources for emergencies, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Strategically schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects
• Prioritize incoming requests based on urgency, location, and technician availability
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and deliver top-tier service
• Work closely with internal teams to allocate resources for emergency or high-priority calls
• Track technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of service calls, technician activity, and workflow changes
