Job summary

Northern Services Heating & Plumbing in Olivia, MN is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, communicate with customers and our Experts, and ensure every call runs as efficiently as possible. You’ll work closely with our Customer Service Representatives, management, and field Experts to create a seamless experience for our customers.

• Work closely with Customer Service Representatives and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate job information in our dispatch software.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
• Handle scheduling conflicts with confidence and professionalism.
• Anticipate issues before they become problems and provide solutions.
• Support management with administrative tasks as needed.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call to job completion.
