Job summary

AllTech Services is seeking a dispatcher to be the nerve center of Mission Control in Northern Virginia. You will ensure the right technician reaches the right customer at the right time, coordinating with technicians, customers, and leadership to keep schedules flowing smoothly.

You’ll thrive under pressure, love solving puzzles, and bring energy, professionalism, and teamwork to the role as you balance customer expectations with technician strengths and company goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services preferred).
• Ability to use Northern Virginia know-how to plan routes and schedule effectively.
• Calm under pressure with strong communication and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between technicians, customers, and leadership.
• Strategically manage the dispatch board to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate challenges and adjust plans to keep jobs on track.

Your Mission

As a Dispatcher, you are the nerve center of our operation.

Your mission is simple:

Get the right technician to the right customer at the right time—every single day.

You’ll:

• Coordinate communication between technicians, customers, and leadership

• Strategically manage the dispatch board to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Anticipate challenges before they happen and adjust plans accordingly

• Use your knowledge of Northern Virginia to create smart routing decisions

• Balance customer expectations, technician strengths, and company goals

• Think 2-3 moves ahead, just like a chess player

• Keep work orders, schedules, and invoicing flowing smoothly through our technology platforms

• Bring energy, professionalism, and positivity to Mission Control every day

Who We're Looking For

• Have 2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services preferred)
