Job summary

AllTech Services, Inc. in Northern Virginia seeks a Dispatcher to become the nerve center of our operation. You will ensure the right technician reaches the right customer at the right time, coordinating technicians, customers, and leadership to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.

You will proactively anticipate challenges, balance customer expectations with technician strengths, and keep schedules and invoicing flowing through our tech platforms with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years dispatching experience (HVAC/Plumbing/Home Services preferred).
• Knowledge of Northern Virginia area is essential.
• Ability to think ahead and make quick, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between technicians, customers, and leadership.
• Strategically manage the dispatch board to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate challenges and adjust plans to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate work orders, schedules, and invoicing through our platforms.
• Bring energy, professionalism, and positivity to Mission Control daily.

As a Dispatcher, you are the nerve center of our operation.

Get the right technician to the right customer at the right time—every single day.

You'll:

• Coordinate communication between technicians, customers, and leadership
• Strategically manage the dispatch board to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

Who We're Looking For

• Have 2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services preferred)
