• Comfort with dispatching or scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
• Ability to stay focused and effective in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Strategically schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects.
• Prioritize incoming requests based on urgency, location, and technician availability.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and deliver top‑tier service.
• Work closely with internal teams to allocate resources for emergency or high‑priority calls.
• Track technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of service calls, technician activity, and workflow changes.
