Job summary

Boston Freightliner in Everett, MA is seeking a dispatcher supervisor responsible for supervising delivery drivers, coordinating, monitoring, and scheduling local and regional deliveries to our customer base, and advising the Dispatch Supervisor on delivery and pickup matters.

You will prepare and direct deliveries and pick-ups for parts, service, and all branches; dispatch drivers; maintain company vehicles; recruit, onboard, and train drivers; oversee 5S warehouse procedures; and ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a dispatcher.
• Experience supervising delivery drivers is a plus.
