Job summary

Boston Freightliner in Brockton, MA seeks a Dispatcher Supervisor to supervise delivery drivers, coordinate local and regional deliveries, and advise the Dispatch Supervisor on delivery matters.

You will direct deliveries, dispatch drivers, maintain vehicles, recruit and train staff, oversee warehouse procedures, ensure compliance with vehicle laws, and contribute to team goals. This role requires leadership and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a dispatcher.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

Education/Experience Requirements:
