Responsibilities

We are seeking a dispatcher to join our dynamic, fast-paced work environment. The dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling driver routes and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries. We are looking for career-minded individuals willing to dedicate themselves to this role.

• Work well with customers
• Use dispatch software to track orders, set up, and distribute routes to drivers
• Ensure drivers collect money and record delivery times on bills
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries
• Work with drivers to confirm they know their routes
• Update customers over the phone regarding order status
• Assist drivers with route or job-related difficulties
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
