Responsibilities

We are looking for a dispatcher to join our dynamic, energetic, and fast-paced environment. The dispatcher will schedule driver routes and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. We seek motivated, career-oriented individuals committed to excellence.

• Work effectively with customers
• Use dispatch software to track orders and assign routes to drivers
• Ensure drivers collect payments and record delivery times on bills
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers for accurate dispatching
• Assist drivers with route planning and issues
• Communicate with customers to update order statuses
• Support drivers with route or job-related challenges
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Remain focused and efficient in a fast-paced setting
• Pay close attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management abilities

• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred
