Job summary

Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule service technicians in the Charlotte area. You will manage daily routes, optimize appointment scheduling, and maintain top-tier customer communication to support service delivery.

Qualified candidates bring at least 2 years of dispatch experience; Service Titan knowledge is a major plus. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits within a supportive team environment.

Compensation
