Job summary

Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch service technicians in a fast-paced environment. You will manage daily routes, coordinate appointments, and ensure clear communication with customers and field staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in dispatch, Service Titan experience is a major plus, and a strong commitment to reliability and customer service. On-site role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of dispatch experience minimum.
• Service Titan experience a major plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.

Compensation:
