Harris Heating, Plumbing, Air & Electrical is seeking an energetic Dispatcher to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will coordinate and dispatch technicians, match jobs to the right expert, and keep customers informed with clear, timely updates.

In this fast-paced role you’ll rely on strong communication, organization, and multitasking to maintain high service levels. ServiceTitan experience is a plus, and training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Match the right technician to each job based on skillset, location, and performance.
• Manage technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and managers.
• Monitor work orders for accuracy and make corrections when needed.
• Analyze appointment history and technician performance to improve scheduling decisions.
• Handle multiple priorities, phone calls, emails, and schedule changes with confidence.
• Motivate technicians by communicating opportunities and helping them succeed.
• Follow company processes while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent Harris with a positive attitude.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus—but we're willing to train the right person! Rate: Starting at $21/hr **Current Open Shifts: Sunday - Thursday or Wednesday - Sunday 11:30 AM - 8 PM .**
