Job summary

DRF Water Heating Solutions in Illinois is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead our dispatch team, coordinate field service operations across Chicagoland and out-of-state markets, and ensure superior customer service through effective scheduling and routing.

You will develop a talented team, manage daily scheduling for plumbers and subcontractors, balance urgent work with travel and inventory, and use data to boost productivity and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in dispatch, logistics, or fast-paced operations.
• Experience coordinating technicians, field employees, or subcontractors.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch, CRM, routing, or field-service systems.
• Excellent communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of dispatch professionals.
